St. Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School Choral, Tour Band, and Tour Strings

Bio: “St. Aidan’s Anglican Girls School has a comprehensive classroom and extra-curricular Kindergarten to Year 12 music program, including everyday classroom music from Kindy to Year 3. The extracurricular program includes private instrument and vocal lessons, as well as multiple bands, choir and string ensembles with over 50% of the school involved in at least one part of the program. All ensembles at the school have performed in local music competitions to much acclaim and the annual concerts are hosted at a local concert venue, to large audiences. The St. Aidan’s Choral, Tour Band and Tour Strings are representing the school on the 2025 European Tour. “

Bio: Das Diabelliorchester des Musikum Seekirchen ist das einzige derartige Sinfonieorchester im nördlichen Flachgau. Es wurde 1990 von Landesmusikschuldirektor Mag. Michael Seywald gegründet und lädt neben Musikschülern auch begeisterte Hobbymusiker jeglichen Alters und Spielerfahrung zum gemeinsamen Musizieren ein. Derzeit wird das Orchester von Stephan Höllwerth geleitet.

Werke des Barock liegen ebenso auf den Notenpulten wie klassische Sinfonien, Musicals, moderne Tänze und Gospels. Schnell erlernbare Stücke sowie kleine Herausforderungen ergeben eine spannende Mischung. Belohnt werden die "Diabellis" durch den regen Besuch und Applaus in Konzerten an ausgesuchten Orten.

Über das Musizieren hinaus ist an einigen Probensamstagen, dem Jahresabschlussfest und auf Reisen Zeit für Spaß, Sport und geselliges Beisammensein.
